SYCO 098 is a di (2-hydroxyethyl) amine based grade by SYCO. It acts as a low odor pH neutralizer. It imparts improved scrub- and water resistance. It is compatible with low and high content polyvinyl chloride. SYCO 098 is suitable to be used for compliments and textured paints. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.8%.
