Blend of ionic & cationic surfactant. Acts as a dispersing agent. It is light yellow liquid. It reduces viscosity, enhances blackness for system and has excellent pigment dispersion. It is recommended for oil base PU resin and for water base PU resin. Suitable for inks, paints and coatings.
