TF-MF201

TF-MF201 by Shifang Taifeng New Flame Retardant is a halogen-free and environment friendly flame retardant. It is a melamine formaldehyde resin coated crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate. It is prepared using an exclusive process, which has lower solubility, lower moisture absorption and higher initial decomposition temperature.

• It shows good durability, migration-, water resistance in Taifeng's ammonium polyphosphate modified products.
• It is recommended to use it with carbon- and gas source, which can form an expanded carbon layer during combustion, low smoke and solidification phase.
• As compared with ordinary type II ammonium polyphosphate, its fluidity is better and thermal stability is higher.
• It is used for flame retardant of thermosetting resins, such as epoxy and unsaturated polyester.
• It is biodegradable and has phosphorus and nitrogen compound.
• TF-MF201 is especially suitable for use as an acid source in fireproof- and textile coating.
