TF-201

TF-201 by Shifang Taifeng New Flame Retardant is a halogen-free and environment friendly flame retardant. It is a general crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate. It is prepared by polymerization degree of more than 1000, small particle size and uniform distribution.

• It is biodegradable and has high phosphorus and nitrogen content.
• It has low hygroscopicity and provides low water solubility, low acid value and low viscosity.
• It is used for flame retardant of thermosetting resins, such as epoxy and unsaturated polyester.
• It can be used with carbon- and gas source, forming an expanded carbon layer during combustion.
• As compared with TF-202 products, its thermal decomposition temperature and whiteness are slightly lower.
• TF-201 is especially suitable for use as an acid source in fireproof- and textile coating.
