TF-101

TF-101 by Shifang Taifeng New Flame Retardant is a halogen-free and environment friendly flame retardant. It is a universal crystalline type I ammonium polyphosphate. It is prepared by polymerization degree of more than 50, small particle size and uniform distribution.

• It is biodegradable and has high phosphorus and nitrogen content.
• It has low hygroscopicity, which mainly plays the role of solidified phase flame retardant.
• It provides low water solubility, low acid value and low viscosity.
• It has multiple foaming layer with carbon layer dense and uniform.
• It is more cost-effective as compared with crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate.
• TF-101 is especially suitable for use as an acid source in fireproof- and textile coating.
