NOPCALL W-2100 by San Nopco Limited (Sanyo Chemical) is a non-ionic surfactant-based defoamer and wetting agent for water based paints (metal & plastic coating) and inks. It doesn’t stabilize foams and can reduce the dynamic surface tension in coating process. It is especially recommended for high-speed machine coating. NOPCALL W-2100 is normally used in the level of 0.1–1.0 wt% per water-based coatings.
