Synthro® COR CA 35 W

Calcium salt of a sulfonate derivative based rust and corrosion inhibitor. It is strongly adsorbed on iron oxide powder and due to its "umbrella like" shape, forms a barrier effect reducing the permeation by water of the paint. Can be used in combination with anticorrosion pigments to improve their performances, or can be used to replace totally or part of them in the waterborne system when required by the legislation without affecting the final anticorrosion properties. Because of its specific chemistry, it can be used at any step of the formulation, even post added in the final paint.
