AXCIDE OIT-45 by Planet Chemicals is a 2-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one grade. This grade is a low-toxicity biocide prepared in glycol solution for protection against microorganisms in wet state. It is stable over a wide range of temperature and pH. AXCIDE OIT-45 is stable under ordinary conditions but is light sensitive. This grade is suitable for use in coating and oil-based paint.
