Calimulse® AOS by Pilot Chemical is a 40% solution of sodium C14-16 alpha olefin sulfonate that has excellent cost/performance characteristics along with broad pH stability. It offers economical emulsion polymerization and good wetting properties. In EP applications, it is used in vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, acrylic and styrene latexes. Calimulse® AOS is fully compatible with other anionic, amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants.
