EXOplast OTE2

EXOplast OTE2 by PCC Exol is a non-ionic surfactant and open time extender. It also works as a humectant that prevents the coating from drying out too quickly. It minimizes the risk of cracks appearing on a freshly formed paint layer. It is fully compatible with formulation components, such as polymer dispersions, pigments and auxiliary agents.

• It does not cause any deterioration of the paint's stability during storage.
• It has very low VOC and SVOC content (<0.1%), making it an alternative to propylene glycol.
• It is highly pure, biodegradable, non-animal tested and is not classified according to the CLP/GHS regulation.
• EXOplast OTE2 is suitable for eco-friendly paints, water-based pigment concentrates, decorative paints for interiors & exteriors, plasters and varnish industry.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.5-3.0% in the finished paint formulation and 1.0-10.0% in the pigment concentrates.
