EXOhib PC108 by PCC Exol is a liquid corrosion inhibitor for waterborne anti-corrosion paints. It is a mixture of chemicals that is based on diethanolamine salt of polyoxyethylene (10) C12-14 alcohol phosphate. It provides long-term protection against corrosion for coated metal surfaces, especially steel. It can be used as an alternative to commonly used solid corrosion inhibitors, such as phosphates, molybdates and borates.

It offers high performance at low usage concentrations.
It shows very good compatibility with paint components, such as polymer dispersions, pigments, fillers and auxiliary agents.
It contains adhesion promoters, which ensures excellent adhesion and reduced coating blistering.
The recommended dosage level of EXOhib PC108 is 0.5-2.0%.
It is highly pure, biodegradable and is classified according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP/GHS].
