PAT-ADD DA 2047

PAT-ADD DA 2047 by Patcham (FZC) is polymeric polyurethane with cationic pigment affinic group. Acts as a wetting and dispersing agent. It is a unique, surface active polymer, showing strong adsorption properties onto a wide variety of pigment surfaces, contributing to best dispersion stability, low viscosity pigment dispersions and high transparency fir fine particle sized pigments. It optimizes color homogeneity, contributes to improved fibre wetting and is free of aromatic solvents. It is applicable in conjunction with a variety of resin systems, such as UPR, vinyl esters and epoxies. In case of optimisation pigment dispersion, generally a dosage of approximately 2.5% SOP for inorganic pigments to approximately 30% SOP in case of carbon black or organic pigments are used. A dosage of in between 0.4 to 1.0% is typically applied for optimization of fiber wetting or prevention of phase separation. PAT-ADD DA 2047 is a REACH compliant.
