Alcogum® L 520

Alcogum® L 520 by Nouryon is cationic compatible, acid swellable rhelogy modifier. Can be added as the last ingredient prior to neutralization. Its dilution with water can facilitate incorporation in viscous and/or alkaline formulations. Possesses shear thinning flow characteristics. It is supplied at 20% active solids in water. Alcogum® L 520 is compatible with anionic, cationic and non-ionic surfactants. Provides clear solutions and gels. Applications include paint and coatings formulations.
