HI-400T by Negami Chemical Industrial acts as an anti-scratch and matting agent. It is a spherical, crosslinked, titanium dioxide containing polyurethane resin. It shows excellent dispersibility and solvent- & weather resistance. It imparts excellent toughness, low temperature stability, flexibility and scratch resistance. HI-400T is used in paints and coatings.
