POLYCOR™ KCS-WB by NanoPure is a corrosion inhibitor based on conductive polymeric composite specified modified polyaniline with addition of manganese (II) compound.

It is non-toxic and environment friendly anticorrosion pigment without heavy metals.
Improves hydrophobic flexibility and electrostatic properties of anticorrosion coatings.
It has low pigmentation cost & increased adhesion to various metal surfaces both ferrous and non-ferrous.
Suitable for liquid metal coatings, especially WB primers based on epoxy, acrylic and alkyd systems.
The recommended dosage level is 0.5-3.0% by total weight on formulation.
POLYCOR™ KCS-WB has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
