DENACOL® EX-321L by Nagase is a reactive diluent. It is mono-functional aliphatic type epoxy compound based on trimethylolpropane polyglycidyl ether. It is hydrophobic grade with high reactivity and low viscosity & chloride content. DENACOL® EX-321L is recommended for paints and coatings for electronic materials.
