AGITAN® 527 by Munzing is a medium viscosity, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of polysiloxane and polyoxalkylene emulsified in water. It exhibits excellent stability and defoaming persistency. It shows resistance to alkaline environment. AGITAN® 527 is suitable for printing inks, architectural-, industrial- and wood coatings. It has a shelf-life of 9 months. It has a recommended dosage level of 0.05-0.5%.
