Hi-WAX™ NL100

Hi-WAX™ NL100 by Mitsui Chemicals is a low molecular weight, low density polyethylene wax. Acts as a release agent. It is manufactured by direct polymerization based on Ziegler polymerization technology. Possesses low hardness & softening point and good electrical insulation properties. Exhibits low crystallinity, excellent heat & chemical resistance and good thermal stability. It is easy to pulverize and shows good miscibility with other resins. Improves molding cycle and extrusion properties. Possible applications of Hi-WAX™ NL100 include printing inks and pigment dispersing applications.
