EXCEREX™ 40800T

EXCEREX™ 40800T is an olefin oligomer resin with narrow molecular weight distribution. Acts as a processing improvement agent and lubricant. Compatible with linear-low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polypropylene (PP). It is made from metallocene catalysis technology. Exhibits low surface tension and high performance. By adding 1% EXCEREX™ 40800T, set cylinder temperature was lowered from 170°C to 150°C, and productivity was improved by 20% by reducing cooling time from 90 seconds to 75 seconds. Designed for printing ink and paint applications. Complies with FDA, EU Food EU 10/2011 and REACH regulations.
