Polysilk® 600

Polysilk® 600 by Micro Powders is a blend of modified polyethylene and PTFE wax. It provides surface slip to impart a silky smooth surface feel with a high level of scratch and rub resistance. Offers improved tape release, block- and heat resistance. It is easy to disperse grade which can be incorporated with high-speed mixing. Used in water-based, solvent-based and energy curable coatings and inks. It is recommended for industrial (plastic, metal and leather), wood-, coil-, soft-touch-, interior and exterior can and container coatings as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure). Polysilk® 600 has an additional level of 0.5-2.0%.
