MPP-611AL by Micro Powders is a highly engineered high density polyethylene wax (HDPE) composite reinforced with 300 nm aluminum oxide nanoparticles for unsurpassed scratch and scuff resistance. It is easier-to-disperse nanotechnology in a safe, non-nano powder that offers slip and lubricity.

Its density maximizes efficiency and minimizes settling.
It is an effective replacement for PTFE additives.
It is designed for water-based, solvent-based & energy curable coatings and inks.
MPP-611AL is used in industrial coatings (including plastic, metal), wood-, powder- and coil coatings, stains, sealers & varnishes as well as printing inks and OPVs (flexo and gravure).
Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.5% on total formula weight.
