Solplus™ D580 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant. It offers improved pigment dispersion and stability in liquid organic media. It is recommended for performance coatings. It exhibits better floculation resistance, increased pigment concentration, improved pigment wetting and good tinctorial properties. It can stabilize at low resin solids. It is suitable for polyether & polyester polyol dispersion and polyester gel coats. The dosage level of Solplus™ D580 is 2 mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
