Lanco™ THIX P 12

Lanco™ THIX P 12 by Lubrizol is a montmorillonite-based thickener. It can be used for thickening a variety of water-based systems. It offers thixotropic gels with good stability against temperature, pH and electrolytes. It shows good anti-settling properties and good resistance of the gels to bacterial attack. It is designed for use in asphalt emulsions and emulsion paints. The dosage level of Lanco™ THIX P 12 is 0.2-2.0% solid material, based on total formulation. The re-test date of the product is 730 days after date of manufacturing.
