Lanco™ LiquiMatt 6040

Lanco™ LiquiMatt 6040 by Lubrizol is an aqueous dispersion of synthetic wax. It can be used to control gloss in aqueous coatings. It does not need high shear for incorporation and will not generate foam during the dispersion process. It offers excellent matting properties. It is optimized to give maximum in-can stability in formulated coatings. It exhibits little floating even under tough storage conditions. It shows wide compatibility, dust-free handling and improved mar resistance. It is designed for use in wood coatings, architectural coatings and foil coatings. It is suitable for acrylate- and styrene-acrylic dispersions, urethane dispersions and hybrid systems. The dosage level of the grade is 1.0-10.0% as supplied, based on total formulation weight and desired matting level. The re-test date of Lanco™ LiquiMatt 6040 is 180 days after date of manufacturing.
