Spheromers® CA15

Spheromers® CA15 by Lamberti is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)-based scratch resistance agent. It exhibits low refractive index, imparts permanent slip improvement, offers matting/gloss control and provides fine and uniform texture. These mono-sized, cross-linked, transparent beads have a perfect spherical shape and a very smooth surface offering smooth feel.

• It shows no swelling or shrinkage and is inert in most solvents.
• It offers matt or textured clear coats without imparting haze to the coatings.
• Spheromers® CA15 is suitable for solvent-based, waterborne, powder and UV/EB formulations.
• Market applications include architectural & decorative, coil, wood, optical and metal coatings.
• Recommended usage level ranges between 0.25-0.5%.
