ESACOTE® AC 190

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Lamberti
ESACOTE® AC 190 by Lamberti is a multipurpose, APEO-free, anionic waterborne acrylic emulsion. It is used as a binder for clear and pigmented coatings, providing a good heat sealable behavior. It forms transparent, glossy and soft films without the need of co-solvent.
  • It is used in sealable coating on paper, with an initial sealing temperature of approximately 100-115°C, and in plastic film (ex. BOPP), when used with a primer.
  • It is recommended for flexible packaging (ex. paper or board) as a barrier coating with well-balanced water hold out and grease- & oil resistance.
  • It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers to enhance the overall properties.
  • ESACOTE® AC 190 has a shelf life of 12 months.
