Modified polymer containing carboxylic acid. It acts as a pigment dispersant. Exhibits wetting of inorganic and organic pigments. Provides dispersion stability of silica for delustering of solvent-based paints. Possesses compatibility with 2-packed acrylic urethane, 2-packed epoxy, melamine alkyds, polyester/ melamine, acrylic melamine and UV. Used in solvent-based paints with medium to high polarity and water-based paints.
