Di iso nonyl phthalate. Acts as low viscosity plasticizer. Offers good low temperature performance and low volatility. Exhibits low evaporation losses and better rheological properties. Provides better ageing properties. Used in anticorrosion paints, anti-fouling paints, lacquers, inks.
