ECO-PHYL®

ECO-PHYL® by Imerys is a multi-functional filler derived from a unique coalescence of mica, quartz and chlorite, known as leucophyllite. It improves scrub- and weather resistance of paints and coatings. It is developed to combine mechanical strength with optimum matting whilst enabling the formulator to reduce resin content. It has no influence on viscosity and is easy to disperse in polar and non-polar systems. It enhances color stability with reduced chalking and cracking. As it is chemically inert, it can be used in all types of resins. ECO-PHYL® is ideal for low- & zero-VOC, interior and exterior decorative paints.
