Omnicat 550 by IGM Resins is acts as a cationic photoinitiator made of 10-biphenyl-4-yl-2-isopropyl-9-oxo-9H-thioxanthen-10-ium hexafluorphosphate. Designed for UV radiation curing system. Value of UV absorption is 280 nm. Omnicat 550 is suitable for use in flexographic and silk screen inks, overprint varnishes and plastic coating.
