HALOX® 350

HALOX® 350 by ICL is a zero-VOC, highly effective 97-100% solids organic corrosion inhibitor. It is designed for water-based formulations in order to provide flash-rust inhibition, in-can rust prevention and improved adhesion performance.
  • It is a low-odor, nitrite-free, di-carboxylic acid based grade.
  • It is very effective at low loading levels and offers temporary corrosion protection.
  • HALOX® 350 is an effective replacement for toxic nitrite-based flash rust inhibitors.
  • It is compatible with water-based epoxies, polyurethanes, polyurethane dispersions, water reducible alkyds, alkyd dispersions and acrylics.
  • It is also used in clear coats, thin films and coil coatings.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.8% based on total solids formulation.
  • It has a shelf life of 36 months.
