RoyOxy® RAD 948 by Huntsman is a low viscosity aliphatic trifunctional reactive diluent based on trimethylol propane. It reduces the viscosity and retains the reactivity of conventional and polyfunctional epoxy resins. It provides very good cross-linking with good reactivity, which makes it ideal for 100% solids coatings. RoyOxy® RAD 948 improves the solubility of highly aromatic epoxy resins without reducing functionality.
