HX-3110 by Huaxia Chemicals Group is polyether modified polydimethyl siloxane solution. It acts as a flow and leveling agent. It enhances surface gloss and smoothness, improves substrate wettability and prevents shrinkage. It can effectively reduce surface tension and is highly compatible with coatings. It shows excellent scratch resistance. HX-3110 is designed for solvent-based coatings. Recommended dosage level is 0.01-0.5% of total formulation.
