Chemically inert, non-hydrolyzable, active polyoxyethylene modified dimethylpolysiloxane block copolymer. Used as an emulsifier for water in oil emulsions and as a pigment dispersant for thermoplastics and solvent-based coatings. Can be used as a wetting agent, as a leveling and flow control agent and a thread lubricant. Contains low content of polyoxyethylene and no reactive functional groups. Offers low surface tension and very good lubricity.
