NIKANOL® Y-300

NIKANOL® Y-300 by Fudow (a group company of Mitsubishi Gas Chemical) is an adhesion promoter/bonding agent. It is a low viscosity, chemically inert, amorphous oligomer provided by m-xylene and formaldehyde. It is slightly polar in nature with good workability. It is compatible with various resins including epoxies. It is designed for floor coatings as well as anti-corrosion paints for ship and bridge. It suppresses exothermic temperature, peeling of coating film and progression of rust. It provides excellent water resistance, transparency, glossiness and level to the coating film. NIKANOL® Y-300 offers excellent rise in hardness and great flexibility, extends pot life and maintains curing rate.
