ANCAMINE® 2609W

ANCAMINE® 2609W by Evonik is a nonyl phenol free aliphatic polyamine mannich base curing agent designed for use with liquid epoxy resin. Offers low viscosity, moisture tolerance and reactive at low temperatures (~5°C).

Exhibits excellent chemical resistance and fast cure.
It will react with liquid epoxy resins at low temperature and high humidity to produce a chemical resistant surface coating.
It is used in protective coatings, industrial applications and potable water coatings applications.
Complies with German KTW regulations for potable water.
Recommended dosage level of ANCAMINE® 2609W is 40 phr with bisphenol-A based epoxy resin (EEW=190).
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
