ANCAMINE® 2405

Ancamine® 2405 by Evonik is an epoxy curing agent based on a polycyclic polyamine, developed specifically for use at low temperatures (5-10°C). Offers excellent through-cure at 5°C (as measured by rapid development of hardness), fast back-in service and good overcoatability. Exhibits excellent resistance to amine blush and water-spotting. Provides excellent chemical resistance comparable to Ancamine® 2280. It is used in industrial flooring applications such as self-levelling floors, mortar floors, high solids, primers and solvent free coatings application. Recommended dosage level of Ancamine® 2405 is 60-65 phr. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
