An anionic grinding vehicle for pigments designed for formulating low hazard universal colorants, and a highly concentrated liquid dispersing agent designed for formulating low viscosity, stable colorants and pigment dispersions. Offers fast pigment wetting, reduced milling time. Gives strong adsorption on a wide range of pigments resulting in improved color development, good and fast dispersion, reduced rub-up and color float. Exhibits low molecular weight with maximum pigment loading and optimal cost/ performance ratio. Being organic solvent free is applicable in NO-VOC tinting aids and paints. Used for the shading of aqueous and solvent borne paints.
