DeuRheo 219 by Elementis is a polyamide wax dispersion. It acts as a rheology modifier. It prevents pigment or filler settling and sagging. It has less effect on film gloss and less seeding tendency.

It imparts strong thixotropic properties and anti-sagging effect than conventional additives especially in high film-build coatings.
Micaceous iron oxide, zinc dust and anti-corrosive pigments, the sedimentation is easy to re-disperse.
To enhances flake orientation of metallic and pearlescent pigments.
High speed disperser is sufficient to incorporate this additive.
DeuRheo 219 is designed for UV curing, solvent-based coatings and inks.
Recommended dosage level is 1.0-5.0% based on total formulation.
It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
