DeuRheo 201

DeuRheo 201 by Elementis acts as an anti-settling agent. It is a polyethylene wax dispersion which can be handled easily and dispersed rapidly. It is suitable for alkyd/ melamine, acrylic/ melamine, epoxy, vinyl and PU resins. It is designed for lacquer, metallic paints and inks. It prevents settling and hard sedimentation of pigments without affecting apparent viscosity.

• It maintains stable viscosity during storage and has little affect on film gloss and water resistance.
• Applicable as a post-added additive for non-grinding pigments such as aluminum flakes, silica flatting agents and fluorescent pigments.
• Recommended dosage level of DeuRheo 201 is 1-5%.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.
