Defom 3100

Defom 3100 by Elementis is an effective, non-silicone bubble releasing and anti-foaming agent for solvent-based and solvent-free system. It has special interfacial property that initially prevents incorporation of air and enhances de-aeration and collapse of bubble to obtain a smooth surface.

• It exhibits good compatibility and anti-foaming, defoaming functions in UV curing system applied by curtain or roller coatings.
• It is used in unsaturated polyester coatings, UV-curable coatings, epoxy coatings, paints and inks.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0% based on total formulation.
• Defom 3100 has a shelf life of 18 months.
