AP 1073

AP 1073 distributed by DKSH is a very low viscosity, reactive, phenalkamine adduct-based hardener solution for epoxy resins based lacquers and coatings.

It shows rapid cure at low temperature down to 0 °C (32 °F) and good adhesion to marginally prepared surfaces & resistance to aqueous alkaline, acid, corrosion and saline solutions.
It contains 80% solids and exhibits high levels of mechanical stability.
It is used in combination with liquid- or solid epoxy resin solution or epoxy resin modified by means of reactive as well as non-reactive diluents.
Recommended for making high solids coating compositions with a workable wide range of pot lives.
It is suitable for application with standard one-component airless spray systems.
It is designed for marine and protective coatings e.g. tank coatings, structural steel and concrete flooring etc.
The shelf life of AP 1073 is 12 months.
