UNIDIC V-8002

UNIDIC V-8002 by DIC Corporation is a solvent-soluble amide-imide resin. Acts as a hardening agent. It contains rigid imide structures and terminal carboxyl groups. Possesses good color, high heat resistance, high light transmittance, high glass transition temperature and low volume new substances. Exhibits excellent compatibility with general-purpose solvents and epoxy resins. UNIDIC V-8002 is diluted in ethylene glycol acetate and methyl ethyl ketone, which have a boiling point at 217°C and 80°C respectively. Recommended for use in blended varnishes, buffer coating agents, insulation inks for ink-jets and refractory coatings. Complies with CSCL/ ISHL regulation.
