Neopon TP 6 by Dai-ichi is an APEO-free, anionic surfactant, dispersant, lubricant, emulsifier and wetting agent. It also acts as washing-, rinsing and penetrating agent. It is a co-dispersant and paint stabilizer. It is 100% based on synthetic alcohol ethoxylate phosphate ester. It shows compatibility with other nonionic- & anionic products. It imparts adhesion and scrub resistance in paints. It offers good lubricity and smooth writing performance similar to that of conventional ink compositions of ballpoint pens. It helps to eliminate the bleeding of written mark and discontinued lines. It can be neutralized as triethanolamine salt to prevent line breakage and helps in the flow of ink while writing. Neopon TP 6 is suitable for the colorant preparation as antirust lubricant in various ink formulations. It is used in polymerization of a variety of resin systems (acrylics and styrenic) for protective paints and paper coatings.
