Optislip™ EBSV (Powder)

Optislip™ EBSV (Powder) (Formerly Crodamide™ EBSV (Powder)) by Cargill is a bio-based, secondary bis-amide based anti-blocking additive in polyolefins. Acts as a processing aid and exhibits good dispersion and mold release action in nylon.

It is an external lubricant for PVC and is suitable for styrenics and rubber.
It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase.
It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer.
It reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.
Recommended to use in inks.
The usage level is 500-2000 ppm in films and 0.2-1.0 % in molding applications.
Optislip™ EBSV (Powder) has a shelf life of 365 days.
