Blocked cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate. Used as a hardener for hydroxyl-bearing polyesters in the formulation of powder coatings for electrostatic spray application. Exhibits coatings with very good flow properties and high gloss. Offers very good gloss retention and chalking resistance on outdoor weathering. Provides positive anti-corrosive effect.
