Alcohol phosphoric acid ester. Ideal dosage (on pigments) is 10-40%. It is used as a dispersing agent for organic pigments in inks. It is approved for ecolabels and complies with the following regulations: environmental label (blue angel), EINECS, TSCA, DSL, AICS, CN, ECL, and METI.
