Ceridust® 8020

Ceridust® 8020 by Clariant is a micronized, highly modified copolymer wax. Recommended for solvent and water based coatings. It can be used as a structuring agent with titanium dioxide concentrations. Offers excellent scratch and rub resistance with soft touch, and strong mattifying effect in wood coatings. Exhibits slip, anti-blocking and high quality dispersing properties. Offers good pigment wetting, improved dispersion, viscosity reduction, increased output and increase in pigment concentration. It can also be used as a release agent. It is desgined for processing by extrusion. Ceridust® 8020 complies according to CLP regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. The minimum shelf life of the product is 2 years.
