Chartwell D-550.3HR

Chartwell D-550.3HR by Chartwell International is phenyl functional organic adhesion promoter synthesized using atabilized bi-metal pre-cursor. It is supplied in dipropylene glycol/ propylene glycol to aid in rapid dispersion in most solvent borne systems. Exhibits applications in coatings industry as it provides enhanced adhesion of solvent-borne or 2K PU/ 2K epoxy to all metals with accompanying improved salt fog resistance, reduced coating surface defects due to poor metal preparation and washing. Chartwell D-550.3HR is used in applications related to pigment dispersion where it is difficult to disperse pigments, i.e. phthalo blue/ green, carbon black, all inorganic pigments, conductive pigments and mineral fillers.
