OPTIFLO® H 370-VF

OPTIFLO® H 370-VF by BYK is a VOC-free associative thickener. Is a non-ionic, APEO-free and hydrophobic modified polymer designed especially for thickening dispersion paints and aqueous lacquer systems.

The thickener is compatible both with various dispersions such as styrene acrylates, pure acrylates, polyvinyl acetates etc. and with alkyd and epoxy emulsions.
In emulsions, an antisagging effect is provided in addition to thickening.
Reduces spatter during application, provides higher layer thicknesses in one pass, improves the water resistance against the formation of bubbles, avoids syneresis, prevents sedimentation and gives excellent flow and levelling.
OPTIFLO® H 370-VF is used in architectural coatings.
Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.8% of additive based upon total formulation.
